I fell in love with Paradise in 1976 after my sister Sharon moved up here. It took me 24 years to realize my dream of living in Paradise but it was worth the wait. I thank God every day for the opportunity to live with these woods and buttes, drive the country lanes and enjoy the sweeping vistas. I now live with my Corgi dogs Lance and Razzmatazz; they both love Paradise too! I left behind in soCal a hectic life of software development. It was a life of luxury�if only one had time to enjoy it. Deadlines and overtime were the guardians of my life. When I started my engineering career it was all about teams of people working towards a common goal. Gradually it became more about a lone programmer sitting in a cubicle, interfacing briefly with people. I enjoyed my consulting time because it allowed me to work on very diverse systems: a sonar system, a medical fluid analysis system and a fingerprint ID system, to name a few. The lack of working closely with people, however, was extremely frustrating to me. That�s why I�m thrilled to be back in a service career. Meeting new people is pure joy and helping them solve their housing needs brings me real satisfaction. Sharon and I formed the Paradise Home Team because we both care about people and their real estate concerns. Whether it�s a small mobile home or a large palatial estate, it�s important to our clients and that makes it important to us. Every home has a charm that will appeal to some buyer. For our sellers we try to capture that charm in the listing. For our buyers we try to find the home that�s perfect for them.
